Local 214 represents a wide variety of professional classifications in administration and management, including College Deans in multi-campus college environments. We have an extensive expertise in working within the political framework of a higher education setting, a thorough knowledge of college funding, and have been very successful in resolving issues, when necessary, through the use of public education and involvement in board of trustee elections.
